Measure the opening in your floor, wall, or ceiling and note the length and width for floor applications or length and height for wall applications. For your convenience we sell 16 of the most popular standard sizes. If your size is not standard, no problem. Our craftsman will custom fabricate your grille made from your specifications.

Surface mount, flush mount with frame, and slab mounting options are all available in horizontal, vertical, and eggcrate designs as shown in step 3.
Only the standard sizes of horizontal and vertical, surface and flush mount grilles will contain air flow controls. Air flow controls are unavailable on all other standard and custom size grilles.

Surface Mount - this will fit into your existing opening and it rests on top of your surface.
These can be used for floor, wall and ceiling applications.

Flush Mount with Frame - this unit is used in conjunction with the installation of new wood floors. The frame is positioned over the duct opening, secured with nails, and the face of register is placed into the frame.

Slab - this is a square edge register 3/4 inches thick and are generally
used as a cold air return when used on the wall or resting on the floor with the trim coming up to it.
